After laying derelict for 42 years, 80 Wentworth Avenue has been brought back to life. Seeing it now — a vibrant, modern space enjoyed by so many — gives us immense satisfaction.
Our work included the installation of a new lift and shaft, providing seamless access across all four floors. This renovation posed numerous challenges, but with a dedicated team of architects and engineers, we were able to overcome them. The result is a blend of contemporary design and heritage preservation, seamlessly woven together.
Each floor has been fully outfitted with state-of-the-art kitchens, bathrooms, and custom-designed workstations, along with high-quality furniture and fittings. What began as a space that required hazmat suits and torches has now been transformed into a building featuring electronic key fobs, sliding doors, and all the modern conveniences of a cutting-edge office.
