Custom Interiors renovated this building, including all services and air conditioning.
The building was a tired 70’s style with lifeless businesses occupying most of the floors. It was transformed into a happening tech and design hub with careful planning and quality finishes.
Each floor was stripped back and all floors were concrete polished, grid ceilings were removed and exposed concrete sprayed black along with all services. All new LED 600 x 600 panels hung from the slab with s/s cabling. All the bathrooms were refurbished, waterless urinals and eco cisterns on all new toilets.
Scope of Work:
– Comprehensive refurbishment of a nine-level commercial building.
– Complete strip-out of all existing walls, ceilings, and services to make way for a fresh, modern redesign.
– Subdivision of floors, along with the installation of brand-new services throughout the building.
– Polished concrete floors and spray-painted ceilings to achieve a sleek, contemporary look.
– Construction of new bathrooms and shower facilities on each level for enhanced comfort and convenience.
– Full strip-out and reconstruction of the lobby, transforming it into an inviting and stylish entrance.
– Installation of new kitchens on all levels, optimising functionality for tenants.
