These tenancy spaces were traditional ceiling grid and carpet. The client was looking for more of a ‘warehouse look’.
We polished the concrete floors, exposed the ceiling slabs and sprayed the ceiling, air conditioning ductwork and all services black. Installed cable trays and 600 x 600 LED light panels hung off steel cable.
The timber feature walls are recycled Queensland hardwood.
